Stereo However, if you use headphones or other gear inside the ears the width of the stereo field is limited to the distance between your ears. Thus the music stay inside yout head.Not the optimal choice. |

Binaural This is an immersive sound format for headphones, plugs and pods that take the sound outside your head into a 3D space. So much better than stereo - unless your listening device actually is a (set of) speaker(s). Dont listen to binaural on stereo devices, please. |
