Polar Bear and the Leica
About the Picture
This picture is from a collection of pictures of dolls and figures on display in shop windows.
I hunted the motive for many days. The wonderful bear figure was placed different places in the shop window and added some drama to the exhibition. However one day it was placed near a beautiful Russian copy of a Luftwaffe Leica camera.
My SLR camera that could have zoom in on the subject was left at home and the shop was closed and the security blinds down. Thus my trusty iPhone had to do the job the it could.
The final picture was cropped and treated with my procedure for removing details and enhancing the light.
