Science finds it very unlikely that there is only one universe. We most certainly got a mulitverse at our hands. However there are several ideas how it may look and work. Are they bobles in bobles are strictly they parallel? Sadly we canot visit any of these - we cannot leave our own local universe ever.
So here is my suggestion to how it would look.
